Abstract

Facing the unprecedented competitive dialogue in our legal order, this paper has the objective to explain this new bidding modality, according to the Law no. 14.133/2021. Therefore, starting in a historical tour to comprehend the origins of the instrument in foreign law and contextualize its introductions in our country. Afterwards, it is made an exposition of the main devices about the competitive dialogue in the Law no. 14.133/2021.        As general methodology, the deductive method was adopted. About the used procedures, appears the bibliographical research and documental. By this paper it is expected to raise the debate and encourage the analysis about the new bidding modality.
