O paradigma liberal individualista de uma filosofia dos Direitos Humanos

Human rights, among other, have two main characteristics, one’s that distinguish them from all other rights: its universality and its indivisibility. However, there’s dispute on what can be listed in this special category of universal rights – what one seeks to visualize in the global field is the existence of a so widely spread group of Human Rights that there is not contestation over its importance and universality. In this matter, using the bibliographical method, the article, from the fundamental rights liberal-individualist foundation point of view in world-wide scope, will seek, as a result of the existence of similar rights in totally disparate countries – i.e., universalizable Human Rights -, to reflect on what can be characterized as broadly universalizable rights, in other words, indisputable fundamental rights, or what could be considered a minimum global moral denominator.
