Democracy as a content of contemporary liberal constitutionalism

The content of constitutional law is Politics, therefore, in the case of contemporary liberal constitutionalism, its political content is Democracy. In this context, there is a relationship between the development of the liberal constitutional legal system and Democracy, marked by the Ethics that are practiced in each liberal society where there is a constitutional order. In turn, this relationship depends on the history and culture of each country, so in this paper this relationship is studied from the Constitutional Theory, taking Colombia and Latin America as examples of analysis.
