Abstract

Considering the dialogical meeting of knowledge between Law and Literature as a benefit for the construction of a broader and more effective legal science, the aim is to study the institute of fiction that brings important reflections on the use of creativity in both. To this end, a heuristic study of comparison between the two fields of knowledge and a review of the literature on the subject are carried out. In this way, it observes how important it is for the legal field to open up to the so-called Creative Law and allow new sources and resources to be used to approach the truth. Which allows us to conclude that the interdisciplinary study between Law and Literature is an important tool due to the social character shared by them.
