Abstract

The objective of this article is to examine the way in which access to Justice has developed in the face of technological advances in the 21st century, exemplified by the use of artificial intelligence in the Judiciary. In addition, it should be noted that the coronavirus pandemic has further accentuated the problematic of digital exclusion in Brazil. Based on these assumptions, it is necessary to rethink the limits and possible paths for more inclusive and effective access to Justice.
