Abstract

The premise of this article is to analyze the intersection between two emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain, highlighting their innovative applications in Information Technology (IT) Management and the legal challenges associated with their use. The deductive methodology adopted involves bibliographic review and analysis of the current scenario in Information Technology (IT) Management, contextualizing digital transformation and the growing adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain in organizations. Throughout development, specific use cases of these technologies are presented in optimizing IT processes, ensuring security, transparency and efficiency. The objectives of the work include analyzing the impact of these innovations on IT management and identifying the legal challenges arising from their implementation. The results highlight benefits such as task automation, traceability and decentralization, while legal challenges involve issues of privacy, liability and regulatory compliance. This work contributes to the understanding of the practical implications of AI and Blockchain in IT management, offering relevant insights for professionals and researchers in the field of technology and law.
