Abstract

The criminal figure of the hiring of workers under slave-like conditions is a recurrent theme on trials of the 3rd and
4th Chambers of the Federal Regional Court for the 1st Region. The study of its comprehension challenges frames the
analysis of the prosecution and defense theses.
