Abstract

This paper aims to present some logical-inductive reflections based on some data extracted from other related researches on the hypothetical cultural financial unforeseenness of Brazilian civil society. The starting point is the understanding of the theoretical aspects related to financial and social security education, especially the behavioral aspects present in the theories of Pierre Bourdieu and Michel Foucault, as well as other authors. Considering the results obtained from the inductive logical method, it concluded that most people are unaware of the laws related to public welfare and that are quite unrelated to the current and further legislative reforms, which has substantially changed the profile of the state. Social Welfare state, reminding them of the need to be more cautious and beware of situations of economic and social contingency.
